The whole dash and steering column need to be removed to access the fresh air door |

The dash has been removed to expose the HVAC housing |

The fresh air door is replaced and then everything goes back together. This is a similar procedure to replacing the heater/evaporator cores, except the whole HVAC housing must be removed from the vehicle as well. |
