Broken Axle

Here is the cab removed from a 2005 Ford F350 6.0L Diesel truck. This is required to access the cylinder heads (One of the very common failures of these trucks)

This is the factory exhaust with the EGR cooler still installed

This is the replacement for the factory EGR cooler. It just loops the flow of coolant and blocks off the intake where the exhaust used to go

Here is the replacement piece of exhaust that doesn't "T" off for the cooler

Here is an EGR valve that is completely plugged next to a new one for comparison

This is where the EGR valve used to live. It is removed and then the wiring is just tied off

Here is an aftermarket coolant filter installed. The coolant filter extends the longevity of cooling system components.
