Jeep YJ Rear Ford 8.8 Differential Swap

Here is a very unhealthy Dana 35. The left rear wheel bearing came apart and was the final straw for the owner!

The 8.8 cleaned up with all the ford brackets removed. Sitting on some new spring perches waiting for the pinion angle to be set up.

Got the new yoke on the driveshaft to bolt up to the Ford 8.8. Just put the U-bolts on and set it on the ground to set the angles.

Installed some new e-brake shoes, pads, rotors, calipers and brake hoses/lines.

Shock mounts were re-used from the old differential.

The e-brake adjuster was lengthened to accommodate the ford e-brake cables. A spacer was also required for one of the cables as it was longer than the other side.
